Passed away peacefully on August 14th 2025 at Forest Heights Long Term Care, at the age of 90.

Beloved mother of Robin Spowart (Danielle) and James Spowart (Nicole). Predeceased by her daughter Heather Kurevija (Tom) and her husband Jack Seitz.

Jean dedicated over 30 years as Head of Faculty at the University of Waterloo. She had a passion for Elvis and gardening, and cherished time spent with her family. She will be deeply missed by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family.
